K&K construction Inc.does NOT require ANY money down on ANY of OUR projects before the work is completed. We will never ASK for more money above the estimated price unless the customer changes the design or size. We keep a well maintained fleet of trucks and equipment. We are always upgrading to the newest models with the best technology in order to maintain the quality. Reliability. And safety that OUR reputation was built on. We OWN ALL of OUR equipment and DO NO rent or lease. Except for specialty items. Therefore we CAN pass the savings on to OUR customers. OUR facility is centrally located in the denver metro area. Which makes it easy for US to provide service to the entire front range. We perform ALL work in house and DO NOT USE subcontractors. This eliminates potential problems and assures the quality of work. Saving YOU time and money. We DO have a list of qualified subcontractors for specialty jobs that we encounter.
