I had the opportunity to read review number 1. I wonder, as a business owner myself, where this individuals knowledge and education comes from? Do they feel this way if any of the big box stores raise their prices because of a fuel surcharge and does this person READ the gas pump as to the TAXES that Colorado passes on to the companies who sell gas? Do they absorb it? When shopping you look for value!. Am I getting what I'm paying for? Is it clean? Do I get results and am I treated with respect? If you can say "yes" to all the above, then you have value. Not only do I get value but I get an added bonus, they ACTUALLY appreciate my business. It is this person's personal greed that has shadowed her perception. If you have an issue with the "tan tax" please contact someone in the current administration. They enacted it. This is a great place with great people!!

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS, I HAVE NOT ALWAYS AGREED WITH THE OWNERS BUSINESS ETHICS NOR WITH SOME OF THE KINDS OF PEOPLE SHE HAD HIRED, BUT I STUCK AROUND ANYWAYS. NO MORE!! I AM TOTALY UPSET WITH HOW SHE HANDLED HER CONTRACT CUSTOMERS (THOSE OF US WHO committed TO A YEARLY WRITTEN CONTRACT FOR A SET AMOUNT FOR SERVICES), BECAUSE OF A NEW TAX THAT WILL GO INTO EFFECT JULY 1ST, SHE IS NULIFING OUR SIGNED CONTRACTS AND INCREASING HER PRICES. I WONT PARTAKE WITH HER BUSINESS ANY LONGER. IF SHE WAS HONORABLE, SHE WOULD HONOR THE CONTRACTS SHE HAS, RAISE THE PRICES FOR NEW CONTRACTS. BUT BECAUSE OF HER GREED SHE WILL BACK OUT OF CONTRACTS AND PUT IN PLACE ONES THAT BENEFIT HER AND NOT HER CUSTOMERS, SHE WILL PASS ON THE INCREASE, YET OFFER NOTHING IN RETURN FOR CUSTOMERS.
