This firm is terrible. They do not return phone calls. I had a problem with the IRS tried to call and no answer or response from them what so ever. Went to the office and a sign said Out of the office til 9/12. What ? and this was in Aug at the beginning of the month. What firm does that. Also the office girl does not have the experience of 5yrs doing personal and corporate returns. That is made up totally. Stay away no customer service, all show. Find a more professional firm. You can do better with H and R Block, Liberty Tax and Jackson Hewitt. And that's not saying a lot. Will never return. Btw, if you owe a penalty for their screw ups, they will not pay that. It's on your own dime.
