- FramingThe Siemens project was a remodel project consisting of two separate buildings at 1200 and 1202 West Sam Houston Parkway North. Both buildings were done while the building was occupied by Siemens employees and had to be done after hours and on the weekends as not to interrupt the employees during their regular business hours. The project consisted of removing existing storefront entrances, exterior framing, exterior glass, existing flashing and installing new exterior and interior flashing at the sill condition Oldcastle multiplane thermally broken storefront, new entrances and doors. The glass that was replaced was 1” insulated glass consisting of SB70XL Bronze / 1/2” Air / ¼” Clear) Tempered over Tempered.
