WHAT A CLUSTER, VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. I received a text confirmation stating a tech was within a half hour of arrival time and then received another text stating he arrived. The tech did not arrive. I called TWC and was told an appointment was not scheduled for that day. The equipment I received in at the main office was not correct. That was one of the issues. For such a large company it's very disorganized and my experience was very frustrating.

Very Disappointed!! I expected better from such a known company. Has been almost 2 weeks since I requested service and still nothing. I have also received NO updates from TWC as to the progress of connecting my service. I live within city limits close to downtown. It seems that it should not be so difficult to get connected. Very frustrating being told to keep waiting.

Extra services ! Compared to the other providers, I think that Time warner Cable has more interesting offers. It's really helpful for customers who want to save money while enjoying great entertainment.
