Our Lopi Berkshire propane stove is great! Heats whole house. Routine service is good when scheduled weeks ahead, but now we have to wait up to 5 minutes for ignition and then get a flash, boom explosion in the firebox. Scarey. Rocky can send a tech in 8 weeks. No other options offered except call the propane dealer who has no one trained to work on this stove. No other names for service. No particular concern. The implied message is -- go away, don't bother me. So you can get a good stove, but don't plan on anything if you need urgent repairs. You're on your own. That's called customer disservice.

When I bought my fireplace insert in the Spring the gentlemen, Chad and Ryan, that delivered and installed the insert was nothing short of professional. They explained everything and asked if I had any questions. They made sure that they did not bump anything and cleaned up after themselves. Since the Spring I have been able to use the insert. I love it!!! I was able to keep my house warm when I lost power. Because I didn't have the electricity I couldn't use the blower, the insert kept the house warm. After the electricity came on and the blower started the temp. went up even more. I highly recommend Rocky's. The sales people are knowledgeable and very helpful. They do not hover over you but are there to help when you ask questions. Again, Rocky's Stove Shop is where you need to buy your next stove!!
Rocky's Stove Shoppe is a prime example of a business guided by fairness, honesty, and excellent customer service, the likes of which one just doesn't see every day. They carry top of the line products about which they are extremely knowledgeable, and they stand behind their products. You can feel comfortable trusting this business and knowing that should you encounter any problems along the way with your stove, they will do everything in their power to make it right.

I love my Harman pellet stove I purchased from Rockys! I went to many other shops and got much more information at Rockys than any of the other places I visited. Very impressed!

We bought a vermont castings vigillantII coal stove from Rocky's this fall all went well we paid they delivered. We fired it up about 3 weeks ago after the chimney was installed and all was good for a week then the shaker rod broke. There the problem began. They were rude on the phone and said we broke the stove. It is absurd what customer service they give they hung up on me. I reported them to better business bureau and I'm not the first.; I told Rocky's that. Their reply was " We don't pay attention to that!" I hope you all do GL
