Will never use this business, I was trying to find a carb kit for my generator during the blizzard, he did not have the part and would not give me the part number. What a tool. Bad review

Took a broken Toro snowblower in with half a rusty spring....this machine is 10 years old. Not only did they have the spring, they had a new drive belt and they put it on in 2 minutes. Really! Great old-fashioned repair shop, a little hard to find but SO worth the effort. They don't make 'em like this anymore. Take advantage of their repairs or buy a snowblower.

I've used Mason's for 20+ years. Now they are closed Wed-Thur, according to the website but good folks who don't rip you off. I've bought a new Toro lawn machine and a used snowblower there. They know their stuff UNLIKE BIG BOXES...

Bought a top of the line $450 lawn mower. Picked it up the next day.(They wouldn't deliver) Got it home. It ran for 10 minutes and died. Would not restart. Called and called and called, no answer.

A Wednesdday in July, and the phone rings off the hook. No answer, no idea if they are even open. This is why the big boxes continue to win. ARG!!!!
