My husband is on in home care for the next 4-6 weeks. The pharmacy handled or order accurately and on time. It arrived by express mail and was in good shape. The cold pack was still cold. I am looking forward to working with these people.
All over helping a customer at first, and then the customer service dwindles. Nice people, but they are not so familiar with their products, as most of the sales people don't use the products; fitting for a CPAP machine is basically non-existent, you're on your own ! Seems to be all about the sale, and not about the follow-up service.
