Completely unprofessional and arrogant. They ruined my son's prom because they were so hostile and unpleasant about trying to get his tux to fit properly. He ended up wearing a shirt that was way too large for him, pants that were the wrong length and a jacket that was too tight. They felt he should just deal with it.
