Friendly family atmosphere with knowledgeable staff. I was pleased with the overall results and will return my vehicle to ACAR as needed. It's comforting to know certified professionals are doing the work with integrity & pride in their job; and it shows.
Overall I had a good experience at Heinold & Feller. I had my brakes replaced. The only issue was that both new sets of drums were defective. Because of this, my car had to be serviced 2 days in a row instead of just a half day. Andy was very helpful and made sure that the problem was fixed. He gave us a discount for the inconvenience and was very apologetic.
I hit a very large porcupine and it was unfortunate for the both of us. I had a shield or guard damaged under my car. You managed to get my car repaired quickly (and remove the quills!) and provided great service. I thank you for taking such good care of me and my car.
Thanks for your super customer care service...fixing my head light so quickly and without a pre-scheduled appointment either! I also appreciate the information shared about my upcoming need for a new timing belt. I can now plan ahead for that expense. Many thanks to everyone.

My breaks are so much better. Thank you. My engine noise is different, there's a knocking sound now but my timing belt was replaced and I assume it is normal to sound different. The front desk guys are very friendly.
