I ordered a generator in Nov 29, 2014. I was given a delivery day between 6 Dec thur 19 Dec. YRC called my home on Dec 13, to schedule the delivery, we scheduled for the following Monday between 11 am and 1 pm. because my husband has to be at work at 2 pm. Now today 18 Dec, delivery was scheduled for after 4 pm. I received a call from YRC about 6:30 stating that the driver was out of hours, I ask what that meant because that is an internal problem not mine. I requested the Regional Manager's contact information so that I can call an make a complaint about services not being renders after all they already received payment for shipping. I would like to give this company no stars.
