Went to this laundromat a couple days ago and I was very impressed. The service was great and it was so clean. I'll definitely be visiting there again.

Vaughn Square Laundromat has always been a top notch laundromat service for me. I've been a loyal customer since the summer of 1997, when they were in a prior location before relocating and expanding for their customers' needs at their present business address. I've always been very much satisfied their prompt and excellent customer service. They've always exceeded my expectations. No complaints. They have a clean, secure, and professional service and I always appreciate that. I always appreciate the fact that I found them and they found me. Their laundry service is always the best and any need or question, they've always been able to answer. They will always be my laundry service provider.

Owners are nice, but the lady that works in the cleaners will rob you!! I called ahead and she told me it would cost $5 or $7 to have my coat cleaned, depending on the size. It was a small coat. When she called to tell me it was ready, I asked her how much, and she said $5, but when I went in, pulled out a $10 bill, suddenly, she said "it is $10". That was the only cash I had, and still needed to buy my child lunch, so I pulled out my Visa card, as there are credit card signs on the door, and she then said "with credit card, it will cost $12". I said I could not pay for it then, and she refused to give me back my "ticket" to get my coat back, so a month later, they still have my coat. BTW, it was raining that day, so I had to drive clear to Atlanta with no coat and soaking wet, since she would not give me my coat for the original price of $5. What was going to be a "quick, easy cleaning" has resulted in no coat for the winter. I WILL NOT pay more than double the original est.
