Horrible customer service. My son was photographed in a 3 piece suit. The picture I received his suit shirt was hanging out of his pants, collar not straight, and tie crooked. I cant believe a professional photographer thought that was an acceptable picture, during the print and wrapping process someone could have said this is not right lets contact them for a re-shoot. This was a prepay picture so I did call and come and get my money back but I felt they were trying to put it off on the daycare as to why he did not look presentable. Ultimately, they were the ones paid and shooting the picture so the photographer should have made sure it was done right. Not to mention when Rick (who was no where to be found) wife finally came out to talk with me she did not introduce her self, was very smug and kept smirking as I was talking, and finally was like well your getting your money back just take him some where else. She said we shoot thousand of photos and you are the only one complaining. I said maybe I am just the only one who is going through the trouble of getting my money back. I told her I am upset because I am wasting time when I should be at work dealing with you and further wasting time having photos retaken that should have been done right. These people have no concept of customer service. Not to mention compared to the elementary school photos my daughter gets and other professional places they are over priced and take to long to return school photos back to the daycare. Ultimately no self respecting photographer should have taken a photo of a little boy in a three piece suit with his shirt hanging out.
