A locally owned and operated business, Gold Cross has a complete range of transportation services that are available with one call to its communications center. Its services include helicopter; critical care ambulance; advanced life support and basic life support ambulance; stretcher van; and wheelchair van services. The Gold Cross EMS communications center tracks its helicopters by two-way satellite tracking and its ambulances and convalescent units by ultra high frequency vehicle locators. Gold Cross EMS is located in Augusta, Ga.
