Very bad experience! I'm running after my package withouth catching it! I asked to hold the package at the deposit and when I went there to pick it up it wasn't there.They put on the record of my tracking number customer not available at 8 pm but I had been at home since five pm... it's not woth to spend much more than 100 euros to send a package from Italy to the US trough FedEX. Hope I can get my present tomorror, finally.........

Far and away the worst experiences I have had dealing with FedEx have been at this center. They do not deliver as promised, lie blatantly about why they didn't deliver on time, and are rude and hostile to customers. There is no way to contact the local office by phone. You have to go thru the national number and then the local office claims that they never received the information from the national office re: not putting something back on the truck for delivery, etc. I quit using FedEx to ship things two years ago because of the poor service at this center. If I have any choice about the shipping method for how things are sent to me, I request any service other than FedEx. When I am forced to deal with this office, their level of rudeness and incompetence never ceases to amaze me. The fact that I have complained to the national office about this branch and nothing has been done tells me that Fed Ex doesn't care about customer service.
