The Chuck E. Cheese by the mall here in Augusta is AWFUL! I have been forced to go for birthday parties for friends of my children and it is ridiculous. The workers are rude teenagers who obviously do not wish to be there, there is always an extremely long line for food and only one person working the register. The salad bar is usually dirty and empty. I ordered a pizza and it took them close to an hour to bring it and when they did it was cold. The young lady also let me and my son leave without checking our wrist for matching stamps. That woman could have let anyone take my son out of there, or I could have been kidnapping him for all she cared. Please do not subject your children or yourself to this place.
