Worst customer service ever. Don't bother to make an appointment because no one will be available to check you in anyhow. You will wait in line with walk ins and staff takes their sweet time even making themselves available. I waited for 15 minutes in the lobby along with 3 other customers for a staff member to come inside. Then he just waited on whoever he decided never asking who was there for an appointment or anything else. I left and went to Tire Kingdom in Winter Haven with no appointment, got waited on immediately, car taken in immediately, very nice and professional staff.

Biggest rip off in Polk co paid for oil change and tire rotation and paid for this services and they did not rotate tires the mgmts reply was well I can't watch everybody they always tell you need more service then what you bring your car in for beware

Avoid this place like the plague. Every time I go to this place I get a laundry list of things supposedly wrong with my car. Scare tactics every time I go there. I've been to 3 car repair/dealerships and they cannot validate these claims. The last straw was when they wouldn't rotate my tires until I got everything fixed on their little list (for $1100.) Called customer service and spoke to the district manager report these activities. I will never visit this location again. Take your business to a place that will respect you and appreciate your business.
