Matt was awesome. I paid another company to repair the problem and it was not fixed. Matt came out and diagnosed the problem quickly and had my unit repaired in very little time.

I did not have a good experience with this company. I had an appointment for a serviceman to come out between 1-3pm to inspect our air system for a house we just bought. He showed up early that morning while I was at work instead of during our appointment time. He said I had black mold, my entire unit needed to be replaced, and the estimate to do all of this was $7800! He said it would cost me more to clean out my air conditioner than it would be to replace it. I called another company for a second opinion and they said my air conditioner was just dirty. They cleaned it and said everything was working fine. I did a test mold kit and it came up negative. I will never use Superior again after trying to price gouge me!

WE CALLED SUPERIOR HEATING AND AC ABOUT A WEEK AGO, THE TECH CAME OUT AND REPAIRED OUR AC, THIS PAST WEEK WE HAD BEEN AT THE HOSPITAL WITH OUR 4 MONTH OLD GRANDAUGHTER WHO HAD PNUEMONIA AND CAME HOME TO A HOT HOUSE, MY HUSBAND CALLED THEN BACK, ON SATURDAY, RODNEY JONES, THE SERVICE MANAGER CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY, REPAIRED OUR AC AND WAS JUST A GENTLEMAN.
