went to fantastic sam's in auburndale after getting a bad cut from another salon. lisa, welcomed me and assured me it was nothing that could'nt be fixed. she actually listened to me, my concerns, and she was honest about what would or wouldnt work, needless to say, i laughed the whole while i was there, the staff was talkative and fun, they all worked with a rythm like they were use to each other. my hair looked better than ever!!!! i will go back there again and again. thanks so much lisa for your patience and help!!!!!
