Provided by YP.comCan't trust these guys, after taking a test drive and agreeing on a price I made an appointment to purchase this vehicle, on the way to the appointment I got a phone call from Brandon, " I don't know how it happened, the Lincoln was sold this morning"! I was driving from over an hour away. Save yourself some time and money shop else where.

Provided by DexKnowsI felt that I was not treated respectfully. I received a call from a saleman telling me that he had found the truck that I was looking for. I told him that I would down right away. When I arrived,he was not there and did not respond to pages. NONE of the other salesmen stepped in to temporarily help me until he returned or could be found. I waited 15 minutes very frustrated and left. This is definitely POOR customer service. I will not do business with Bowen scarff of Auburn. I will go where customer service matters!

Provided by DexKnowsBe sure to have any car you are thinking of purchasing thoroughly tested by your own mechanic. My fault for not taking it to a mechanic to have it thoroughly tested, but I trusted that Scarff Ford did their due diligence and made sure the car was mechanically sound. It is not.

Provided by YP.comBEWARE of the service department. As a business owner with a few large trucks I thought taking a truck to this place was a good idea. Huge mistake!!! E350 Box Truck was brought in on Tuesday 10:00 AM for some minor service work. No call back on Wednesday or Thursday from Scarff. I called on Friday at 8:00 AM and spoke to Chris E. he still didn't have prices back to me and told me he would have them in 30 minutes. At 2:00 I called again and he still didn't have it priced out. That's correct they had my service truck out of service from Tuesday until Friday afternoon and did nothing. I tried to contact the Service manager Gordy and waited on hold for 9 minutes. I then tried to contact the General Manager Tom and waited on hold for 5 minutes. I did get a hold of the office manager Katrina and at least she was able to get some prices back to me. Yes, I told her we were picking up the truck and to do no work on it. With that being said I will NEVER bring a vehicle or purchase another vehicle from these people. If that doesn't turn you off, they gave me a laundry list of things that "needed" to be done at $3,428.96 plus tax. I called another mechanic and it can be done for around $500 The service department needs to work on their "service" One last insult, they charged me $112 for a "free" ? diagnostic. Sorry, this system requires me to give them at least 1 star, they don't even deserve that. RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE FAST.
