Mallard Pointe apartments is not a good complex to live. Every year the rent goes up. This year the rent increased by $75/mth. which now for a 1 bed room is getting near $1,000 a month. This is very ridiculous. There has been many incidents of crime and accidents on and near the location. If there are required repairs, expect to pay for it. The employees are great, but the good ones are leaving or have left. The manager is not good at all. They don't enforce parking rules so expect to park on the street and walk a good distance to it. When I have the opportunity to leave, I am taking it.

I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT MISCONDUCT OF A EMPLOYEE I CALLED IN ON FRIDAY DEC 28 2007 ASKED TO SPEAK WITH JENNIFER A WOMAN STT THAT SHE WAS WITH A CUSTOMER WAS THERE SOMETHING SHE CAN HELP ME WITH I RESPONDED THAT I WAS ON A IMPORTANT CALL TO SPEAK W ONLY JENNIFER SHE SAID IF SHE COULDNT HELP ME IM NOT SPEAKING W JENNIFER I ASKED FOR A CORP. NUMBER SHE SAID NO AND DONT EVER CALL THERE AGAIN I RESPONDED THIS IS IMPORTANT MATTER FOR JENNIFER IS SHE NOT ALLOWED CALLS AT WORK IF NOT COULD YOU PLEASE TAKE MY NUMBER SHE SAID NO AND SHE IS GONNA CALL THE COPS ON ME IF I CALL AGAIN I ASKED HER WAHT WAS HER NAME SHE REFUSED THAT AS WELL AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE I CALLED BACK AND ASKED FOR THE CORP NUMBER AND SHE STARTED CUSSING AT ME AND SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS SHES CALLING THE COPS YOUR A CONSUMER AND YOU DONT HAVE A RIGHT TO CALL HERE HER EXACT WORDS
