- Spaying and Neutering
- Laboratory ServicesIn general, for small breed dogs or cats we recommend spaying or neutering as early as 5 months. In large breed dogs we recommend waiting until they are 12- 15 months of age. Your pet is given an exam prior to surgery to determine the best time. Current vaccinations are required and pre-anesthetic blood work is recommended prior to undergoing anesthesia and surgery.
- X-RayWe provide a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures through in-house testing and the use of external laboratories. We also work closely with local practices when special diagnostic procedures are required. The facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, surgery suite, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, a closely supervised hospitalization area, and indoor boarding kennels with outdoor walking areas.
