At the Shoppe we provide full product of pool and spa parts, supplies and accessories. In addition, we provide complete water testing and problem resolution in-store. Just bring us a water sample and we'll quickly put you on the correct path to beautifully clear water. The Pool & Spa Shoppe is an authorized dealer for Garden Leisure Pools and Garden Leisure spa.

I called this business to have them come out and troubleshoot what was wrong with my 15 year old hottub that had been out of commission for a few years. I spoke with the owner, Angela. She was EXTREMELY upfront and honest with me explaining that she could and would send her guys out to look at it but based on my description she was worried that the labor and parts would end up running me more money than the hot tub was worth. She explained every scenario and offered cheaper alternatives and offered her assistance in walking me thru how to determine if it was worth fixing. Now, she could have very easily sent her guys out and racked up several hours worth of labor charges but instead she took the time to call me and explain things. That;s all it took for me. I will never go to any other Pool/Spa place. Honesty is hard to come by these days and when you find a business willing to be honest...YOU STICK WITH THEM!!! Julie B, Auburn NY
We bought a house with an existing pool and have never had to deal with pool maintenance before. We called a company out of Syracuse, who overcharged us and could not get anything right - last summer it was late July before our pool was anything but swamp green. Who turned it around? This shop! The people are so friendly and know so much about pool maintenance - with ONE water sample they were able to tell me how to get the pool clear and balanced - something the other shop couldn't do after THREE personal visits. Their prices are great, they are knowledgeable, fast and really appreciate their customers. We will never use anyone else again!
