This is a terrible business run by a terrible owner. A owner that was sued in 2011 by the state ag for ripping off customers and over charging them for warranties. Also, the owner owns properties around the auburn NY area and her leases has clauses in them that she does not even go by such as so called "quite time" that never exists. No harassing or threatening other tenants, yet and still that goes on all of the time. No drugs and she allows drugs in and around the properties that she owns. She will have you sign a one year lease and then when that runs out you will become a month to month tenant and she will throw you out on the street rather you are disabled or whatever. If you have a problem where you live and rent off of her, such as constant running up and down the stairs and you tell her about it, she ignores you and does absolutely nothing about it except try and pin it on YOU. And good luck if you need repairs done. She still wants her rent, though and is famous for sending out her famous 3 day pay or leave eviction notices. GET REAL. Not even really worth the one star.
