I am not sure why this bakery has gotten rave reviews. The last two time I have stopped and bought donuts from Cameron’s I have been so disappointed! The donuts were so stale!! Very sad when you are taking them to someone’s house for dessert! Embarrassing to say the leastI won’t ever patronize them again. Have learned that they are just trying to get rid of old baked goods!

I ordered a cake for my daughter's 8th Birthday earlier this year. Chocolate cake with vanilla frosting. We picked up the cake and at 8pm that friday night and cut into it. It was vanilla cake, my daughter was upset, I was upset. The next day I called Camerons to tell them what happened. I spoke to the "supervisor" , she did not apologize and they told me that the order was written down correctly. In other words, she told me it was my fault and they would not do a thing to make up for their mistake!



We (my family) have been regular customers of Camerons since we first moved to Auburn in the 70's. Every Birthday cake I had ever had was made by them. This one instance had made me so angry that I refuse to go to them again. It was handled horribly. Customer service is the basis of any good business.

Great donuts. Must try the apple fritter. Their bread is also very good. Best bakery in Auburn.
