"Hello, I am Carol Segal, also known as Cookin Carol. I am the owner of Mount Apatite Farm. Located in Auburn Maine, Mount Apatite is a 24 acre farm with 2 acres of organic vegetables, herbs & cut flowers. I have a licensed commercial kitchen where I prepare homemade food using what comes from my garden and also purchasing from local businesses. It’s good for our health and our economy to know where our food comes from! I am available for catering events and also freelance as a nanny & personal chef. I prepare a lot of plant based and Vegan dishes!"
