I brought my Tacoma there for service and was shocked to see that their prices are almost 10 - 20% higher than most other local dealers in the Worcester area. They charge $40 to grease the prop shaft in my truck. Last time I knew, a grease, oil and filter included this. Go elsewhere.

Do not go there for service. I had a van that was one year old and the air bag light went on. I brought it to Herb Chambers and they wanted to charge me $4,000 to replace the driver's seat even though it was still under warrantee. They advised that I must have had something under the seat that streached a wire. They said they could not fix the wire and the whole seat had to be replaced. I brought the vehicle to another dealer. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with the wiring. The passenger air bag was deffective and there was a service bulliten for the wiring under the diriver's seat. The dealer I brought the vehicle to replaced the harness in the seat that had a cover over the wires. Interesting that the new dealer could replace the harness and it was known that there was an issue with the wires?
