Had my truck in there and they were honest with what the problem realy was and had my truck out in three hours saving me time and money. the service was great and i would go back there if i had to!!!

Have had wonderful experiences at Jake's - I severly damaged a tire on a huge pot hole this spring and couldn't drive on it. Jake's sent a tow truck and the driver put the bubble on for me. Driver was prompt and courteous and only charged me $35. I drove immediately to Jake's and found out the the rim was bent. The mechanic told me sometimes they could bend them back and sometimes it wouldn't work - said it was up to me as to what I wanted done. I had purchased the tires from Belle Tire and was debating if I should drive the car to Belle in Rochester. I asked the mechanic at Jake's to go ahead and try to fix the rim and he was successful! Jake's only charged me $18.00 -- what a relief after such a bad pothole experience.

My wife and I have used Jake's for well in excess of 10 years and have never been disappointed with their work. We have had foreign and domestic vehicles serviced by them and have been pleasantly surprised with the extra mile that they're willing to go to ensure our satisfaction.

My favorite part of Jake's is the neat and clean recpetion and waiting area. The staff is friendly and seem very knowledgable. They have done some excellent work on our vehicals and some not great work. I like to go there for routine maintence and oil changes. I am mostly pleased with them.

We have had both of our cars serviced at Jakes and have been very pleased with the professional manner in which we were treated here. They always call to discuss any problems with your vehicle before anything is done and tell you of things that may be a problem in the future. They have never pressured us to do any work and are very knowledgable about the issues with our vehicles. All of the service was done in a timely fashion and prices were comprable to other service centers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
