Inalfa Roof Systems, one of the world s largest providers of vehicle roof systems, develops and assembles car and truck roof systems for almost every vehicle manufacturer. The company is widely recognized as an expert in sunroofs and open-roof systems, which it delivers directly to the assembly lines. Inalfa recently developed multifunctional roof systems for high-end vehicles, such as the GMC Envoy and the BMW X3. Other roofing systems include tilt and slide, spoiler, folding, exterior sliding and panorama roofs. Headquartered in The Netherlands, Inalfa Roof Systems has 10 facilities worldwide, including three in the United States. At 130,000 square feet, the Auburn Hills, Mich., plant is one of the company s largest. Opened in 1985, it was the company s first overseas plant. The factory supplies products for more than 25 vehicles from such manufacturers as General Motors, Ford and Nissan.
