A lot of "favortism" out here. I've seen certain people come in constantly LATE every day and they are still there, unlike myself-when I was late a couple of times. As for production..even when you go as fast as you can, they want you to go faster. Quality before quantity is not the standard here, but more like quantity before quality. As for overtime...MANDATORY (NO EXCEPTIONS)..they'll tell you at the last minute-say you come in and work Friday-they'll tell you a couple of hours before your shift ends that you have to come in Saturday...and maybe Sunday. You get 1 15 minute break and 1 30 minute lunch- on your 8 hour shift, which is actually 8 hrs and 15 minutes...they only pay you 15 minutes for your 30 minute lunch.
