Since May 1992, Auburn Toyota has provided the area with an outstanding sales and service experience. My salesman was Wayne Craft. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable and was able to point me to the used Tacoma truck I'd seen on line. He also told me of one or two other trucks just in case I wanted to upgrade (I did not). There was no pressure to complete the sale. He provided me with the Tacoma's past history and answered my questions. I had to return 2 days later to take actual ownership and drive the Tacoma home. He'd promised me the truck would be prepped by the dealership and I was more than pleasantly surprised at what a terrific job they did in making sure the truck was sparkling inside and out!!
It's unlikely that I'll be buying another truck any time soon but if I was thinking about a Toyota I would be sure to talk with Wayne Craft first. And if my friends ask how I came to own this wonderful Tacoma I will send them to Wayne Craft. It was the most pleasant car purchase imaginable.
Jake Mccallum met us for picking up our order of 2021 Camry Hybrid from Costco Auto Purchase Program. He is very friendly showing us the driving features and passed us a map for testing drive. He went through the paperwork effectively in half hour. After 10 minutes of going through financial paperwork, Jack explained the other features of the car and especially emphasized that, when towing the car, the low ground clearance requires lifting to, not pulling to, the towing truck. In two hours, we drove our car home. We are very happy with Jack’s services and, also, Demi’s help for the order. We definitely recommend Auburn Toyota to anyone who is looking for automobiles.

Our experience at Auburn Toyota was very positive as Mark Neumann guided us through the purchase of our 2020 Toyota Highlander. He was very helpful in seeking out special discounts, such as the veterans discount, to which we were entitled. We noticed that all the representatives were wearing face masks which we appreciated during this Covid19 pandemic as we are in the “endangered species” category.
My visit at Auburn Toyota was absolutely AMAZING! It was my first time bringing my vehicle there and they had it in and out in no time! Thank you to Andrew Gibbs for being so very kind and helpful! Thank you to the whole staff for being so wonderful!

Jake Mccallum did a GREAT job of helping me. He determined that my car was a Certified Used Car when I purchased it and made sure that the work required to repair/replace the water pump was covered. It took it in on Monday and it was fixed the same day. They even went way beyond my expectations since I dropped the cat off and a couple of hours left on a 4 day trip to the Grand Canyon so I was not able to pick it up until Friday morning. THANK YOU,

Last week, Jake McCallum assisted me, Claire Boucher, in having my 2016 Toyota Prius serviced. My car has 44,000 miles on it already, so I asked Jake about my tires and brakes, wondering when I can expect to have to replace them. Jake was very knowledgeable and gave me the info, including details on annual sales, the range of tire tread that indicates wear, and reminded me about looking at my wiper blades now that Fall is here. He filled me in on the type of wipers I have and what to consider in buying blades, should I purchase them elsewhere, in case they may not be compatible for my car. He was very friendly and welcoming the minute I walked in the door at 7:00 a.m. This is my second Toyota Prius I have purchased at Toyota in Auburn,CA and I will never go anywhere else as they have been so good to me. I recommend them to anyone interested in a great dealership that treats its customers well, easy to get in and out of there on service days, good mechanics, reasonable pricing, and knowledgeable employees like Jake McCallum!
I'm new to this area, and have taken my new car in twice for routine maintainance under my warranty. On both visits I've been helped by Nichole Williams' a woman who clearly loves her job. She is genuinely friendly, helpful and enthusiastic in the service she is providing.
Michael Beane did a great job showing us the various vehicles available. We tried out the RAV4 and loved the handling, easy access to get in and out of the vehicle and he did a great job showing us all the options on the car. Later he went over all the functions and set up the technical's of the car.
Nicole Williams helped me with my service at Auburn Toyota. What a friendly and efficient person. When I picked up my car she explained what had been done in detail.I have to mention also that I have been in 4 Toyota dealers between here and The Bay Area trying to set my Bluetooth. She is the only one that has been able to set it correctly.In a matter of seconds.I have name her “The Bluetooth Queen”
Just had my 4Runner complete its 10000 maintenance. Jeffrey Lewis was my attendant. Jeff explained in great detail the service that would be provided and retrieved me when the service was complete. Very organized and professional.
I had my truck serviced recently at Auburn Toyota, 60,000 mile service. Nicole Williams was my service adviser and she has helped me in the past as well. I am in the automotive industry so I see many service advisers in action. Nicole is one of the BEST I've ever seen, she does an awesome job every time for me..!!! And I see her with other customers and she is the BEST..!!!Just yesterday, she offered to take my rental car back to the rental car company so I wouldn't have to deal with it. Nicole is always thinking how to make her customers have a better experience at the dealership and she does an Awesome job, the best ever..!!!The entire service department does a great job, at least they have for me and Nicole does the best job for me..!!! Mgmt give her a raise she deserves it..!!!

Robert Brassfield was extremely helpful and friendly, and he made the whole experience of getting the car serviced hassle-free and pain-free. He also went above and beyond to explain any questions that I had about this service and upcoming services. I will definitely return to Auburn Toyota for my future service needs, and I would be very happy to be helped out by Robert.
Justin Clay was extremely helpful and professional during my recent visits to Auburn Toyota. He was very honest and straight forward, which I prefer when it comes to my vehicles. Auburn Toyota is lucky to have am employee like him. I'll definitely be back and hopefully on a day he is working.
Rodney Robinson was very helpful during our car buying/leasing process. Rodney was quite knowledgeable about the 2016 Toyota Highlander. He was thorough when answering questions comparing the Highlander to other comparable vehicle brands. Additionally, when we asked about Costco, he was quick to respond and provide how the service worked at Auburn Toyota. The discount was substantial compared to other brands we were considering and helped to make our decision. Rodney also provided us information regarding the lease option, which is how we eventually acquired the Highlander. Rodney's knowledge and professional manner made for a very positive experience.
Purchased my new 2016 Toyota Avalon from Auburn Toyota. I was assisted by Rodney Robinson who was a big help using the Costco Auto purchase program through there dealership. I was very happy with the service I received and did not need to haggle on the price or extra equipment. I would very much recommend Auburn Toyota to anyone.
