Begins with a cool eye mask and aromatherapy using an essential oils blend of chamomile, grapefruit, lavender, and peppermint for instant relief. Specific acupressure points to target headaches applied by your therapist as well as head, neck, and shoulder massage to release tension. Concludes with a cold neck compress while the BioMat warms the back of the body, redirecting the blood flow to relieve your pain.
