Great place to live. Not far from campus. Well insulated rooms keep you from hearing the next door neighbors. Its been safe for me. There is a lovely pond with fish and a place to launch small boats. I wish there were more flowers and lighting was better -it varies from condo to condo. You can walk to Kroger. Some units have 1 bedroom so you don't have to have a roommate. The 2 bedrooms are nice and seem roomer. Some units allow pets I believe the wieght limit is around 50 pounds or less. I love that I can do my laundry in my place and don't have to go to a laundrymat. You can walk through the woods to neighby apartments. This is the first stop for the Tiger Transit at 2 locations on the property. So there's no waiting in line for a seat. The utilities are around 70-75.00 a month for 1 bedroom.
