i was disapointed with the phone call i received today,they were suppose to call my daughters cell phone ,she specifically gave them that number and they just so happen to call mine?thats just not reading chart properly.then they tell her to come in for absolutley no reason other than to tell her to come back tomorrow.get your .... together,you could have just told me to tell her to call first,no,you told me to tell her to go in anytime today.

The clinic was filthy. Black handprints all over the front door, dirty rugs, crowded waiting area, long wait. Downstairs where they do ultrasounds is absolutely disgusting. The minute you open the door the smell hits you. There is an underlying fishy smell. The bathroom was out of soap, there were paper towels all over the floor, the pedal on the waste basket was broken so people just threw the paper on the floo, there was urine on the toilet seat, and the door handle was sticky. . The exam room was boiling hot, and the TWO barrels in that room were overflowing with used drapery with gel all over them. The technician never said a word to me or explained anything that was on the screen. . The majority of the clientelle was spanish, pregnant and non English speaking. I felt like I needed a shower when I left there. This place needs Tabitha Coffee to do an over haul. Absolutely disgusting.
