Kurt Hayes is an unscrupulous attorney! He is passive aggressive and will misrepresent you in court. His motions are sloppy and his does not have the skill to cope/represent complicated divorces. He "forgets" pertinent information and distorts what little he manages to remember. He broke my confidentiality by speaking to my father when he had no legal right to do so. He colluded with my husband's attorney when he was ill prepared to go to trial as contracted to do. He will settle when he becomes overwhelmed and is an voids about being exposed in a trial. I have him a retainer to familiarize himself with my divorce and he never had any idea of the complicated court proceedings of my divorce despite the hefty retainer he requested to familiarize held with my case. Also note that he has been publicly reprimanded by the state of Massachusetts. He has NO office in Attleboro as he advertises. All calls get routed to a part- time assistant who is in his Woonsocket office. He bullied me into a awful settlement as he was not prepared to go to trial as I had retained him for. He will settle quickly when he is overwhelmed with the complexity of a divorce. I NEVER won one time I went to court with him. His motions were poorly written and I ended up homeless, lost my marital home, children and received a pitiful settlement. My new attorney is trying to undo the damage that Mr. Hayes created by being inept. Avoid this attorney who has already been sanctioned by the state of MA. He is a nightmare you will love to regret!

Kurt Hayes is to be avoided as he is an unethical attorney. He has been publicly sanctioned by the Massachusetts Bar Assiciation. This is a matter of public record. He misteprents himself as an attorney in Attleboro M.A. when he has no office there. His office is in Wooonsocket RIand he has no means of meeting you in Atteboro unless you are willing to meet him in the Dunkin Donuts next to the court house, where he conducts business or inside the actual courthouse. He broke attorney client confidentiality and caused irreprable damage in my settlement/divorce. I strongly recommend staying clear of this attorney. He grossly underestimates the cost of his "expertwitnesses" and waits to see what your settlement will be. Then he DOUBLESthe cost of his "expert witness". In my case, I rescinded my permission for him to speak to certain individuals not pertinent to my divorce. Be proceeded to make contact despite my formal written/rescinded permission. This may just be his second formal reprimand from The Massachusetts Bar. Review Massachusetts Bar reprimands before considering retaining his services.
