Founded in 1988, NeedleTech Products Inc. is an ISO 13485:2003 certified integrated medical device manufacturer that incorporates needlepoint grinding, steel and plastic machining/fabrication, insert/injection molding, device assembly and sterile packaging. The company started off with manufacturing needlepoint grinding, followed by stainless steel component fabrication, insert injection molding, complete device assembly and finally sterile product packaging. Theragenics Corporation, a medical device company serving the cancer treatment and surgical markets acquired NeedleTech Products Inc. in 2008. It renders products for core biopsy, brachytherapy, aspiration biopsy, spinal, coaxial, bonus needle, guide wire introducers and many more.
