Since I was only provided with 1000 characters I couldn't write the review I wanted to.......but I will say this school is phenomenal!!!!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. You will not be disappointed. They are not just your average school/gym. Family atmosphere, top of the line instructors, up to date equipment and techniques. Fun, safe place to train.

Absolutely top notch, I trained and competed at a fairly high level when I was in my 20's and was unsure whether or not there was a school that could bring the kind of satisfaction and accomplishment I felt back then now that I am in my 40's.....well this place brought it! My whole family trains there and we are all accomplishing our goals...my 7 year old son is doing better in school and has really started to display self confidence and respect for himself and all those around him, my wife has gained the confidence that she can fight off personal safety threats to 100% of her physical ability....and me?....I have fallen in love with martial arts all over again and am getting in the best shape of my life......and as far as self defense goes I am better prepared after just a few short months than i was after years of training in the "traditional" arts.

I love ABD not just because of what it has done for my personal health and wellness, but more for what it has done for my kids. The staff and instructors have fostered an environment that is congruent with my parenting philosophy and has really encouraged my children to be leaders and to respect themselves as well as others. I love the teens within the school and how they are excellent role models for my children. And I appreciate the challenge AND support that instructors give my kids, as well as myself when I am training. I would HIGHLY recommend this martial arts school!

My son started here just before he turned 5 and I started shortly after. He learns great lessons in each class about respect, focus, self control and self discipline. The physical benefits are undeliable. The adult classes are a great workout too. If you're not a "gym" person this is for you. They make you earn every belt and let me tell you there is nothing like earning your black belt. The instructors are just awesome, miss a few classes and they call to make sure you're okay. The gym definately doesn't do that. The staff wants to see you because they truly care about your progress. I just can't say enough about this place, it's just awesome!

The staff is very courteous, fun and friendly and great with kids. The classes are a great workout; however it seems in some aspects they are more interested in making money than the martial arts itself. For some students, belts are not really earned, just given to. Overall great school though

I was extremley dissapointment, it seemed to me they were more interested in making money than teaching. They don't offer month to month but require a 6 month contract. Belts are awarded almost automaticaly.

ABD Is a awesome martial arts school. My son loves going and it has given him self and it has taught him so much. All the instructors are great with the kids lots of energy..... School is clean and very professional

America's Best Defense is an excellent martial arts school with a highly motivated environment. It is very clean and respectable place with a high quality of instructors. They may be a larger school but they do a great job at making it feel like you are the only one there.Check it out!
