Katie Carpenter and Dana Chamberlain kindled a friendship over their shared love of Jersey cattle. We shared in the desire to market dairy products from our beloved brown cows and to share our passion for the dairy industry direct with consumers. Through our planning process to start a micro-creamery we found a farm market for sale along Rt.98 in between Attica and Alexander.
