After trying to give up smoking for many years without success, I heard about Reidunn and hypnotherapy. I saw Reidunn to discuss how she could help me stop smoking. Right from day one I felt at ease with her. Reidunn is a lovely lady with tons of patience and knowledge. I had never been hypnotized before and so I had no idea what to expect. Reidunn put me at ease by explaining exactly what I could expect when going under. There wasn't a single stage where I felt like I was not in control. I wanted to be there, I wanted to be hypnotized and I really wanted to stop smoking. Its been more than a month since my session with Reidunn and I have not touched a single one. There are times when I have a craving, but it does not last nearly as long and the craving is not nearly as intense as it was before. Even with my wife still smoking I have no desire or interest to start smoking again. Next on my list will be going under to treat my Sea Sickness! Thank you Reidunn!
