The staff is so friendly, doctor kunkel is gruff and has a lot of emergency calls; however he does care about the animals he cares for, and will show you hands on what the problem is as well as give you the truth without sugar coating it. If you’re looking for a straightforward honest vet that will care about your pets best interest then he’s the vet for you. Nothing fancy, nothing flashy, just people that care for animals doing just that.

I am PICKY about vets. Dr. Kunkle and staff have performed miracles on my parent's fur children and cried with us when that time came for the hard choice. Very highly recommend for ability, compassion and affordability. Incredible folks.

Dr. Kunkel obviously loves what he does! He is very compassionate, and has taken care of all of our family's animals. He is always "on call", and will meet you at his clinic for any emergency. We highly recommend him for you pets!
