UBHS is a dumpster-fire mess of a company you should AVOID if looking for decent psychiatric services. The support staff is practically non-existent and the quality of people they hire is subpar, at best.

My session with Holly Hollis was largely a waste of money. I was in a bad place with debilitating anxiety and depression and Holly she showed little empathy or understanding. I gave her information on my medical history, she didn't read it before our session, and she wasted the little time we had asking questions I already answered.

Worse, Holly didn't prescribe medication I need to get back on the right track or anything to help me in the interim. Instead, she gave me a prescription for medicine that was worse than worthless (I paid $$$ for meds that didn't help). I understand there's some trial/error and it takes time for these drugs to reach a therapeutic level. Even factoring that in doesn't change my opinion.

The fact UBHS offers a 50% off sale in the middle of a pandemic - when virtually all respectable medical service providers are slammed operating at 110% capacity and some charge a premium - tells you everything you need to know. Look at the nurse practitioner bios and you'll see a vast majority get their degrees from online universities!

UBHS does not attract and keep first rate medical professionals. Period. Scheduling is a nightmare. Their online system lets you "schedule" appointments that aren't available.

Simply put, LOOK ELSEWHERE if you are seeking decent mental health services.
