One star because I couldn't go lower. Rented everything for my daughter's wedding from them. Very disappointed. You would think these people had no idea about customer service. When the driver got there he had issues about placement of the items and it appeared all he wanted to do was get the stuff off the truck and leave. No interest in being helpful. I got a lot of the same reaction when they came to pick-up the material. When I called to discuss with the salesman all I got was he couldn't do anything about it, again no customer service. I got charged a lot ($150.00) extra for the delivery and pick-up. All they are concerned about is the money and not customer service. They will NEVER get my business again. Told driver to have sales contact me prior to any additional charges and this did not happen. Had extra charges on my account without explanation. Be wary of their website they only post positive.
