I lived at the Prato for 3 years. It is a great place to live. I was moving from out of state and had wanted a safe place to stay near work. Christina in particular was very helpful and assisted me through my move. The complex is gated and mostly professionals and Tech students. The staff are friendly, caring and considerate. It is just like family! I loved it so much, I moved within the complex 3 times. I moved due to a new job and the Atlanta commute.
Before my move, I still had time on my lease. I approached them and requested they work with me on an early release due to my new job. Not only were they understanding, they worked with me to ensure a smooth move. These days it is hard to get a leasing company to treat you like family and they did. If you are looking for a home away from home, this is the place to be.

Best value in O4W/Midtown! The community is great. The apartments are modern, the team at the Prato has amazing landscaping and the complex looks beautiful year round. The maintenance team is prompt and always goes the extra mile. The team at the office is down-to-earth, responsive, helpful and really just great people. Great amenities on site. The location is pretty unbeatable - easy access to 75/85, and just a short drive away from Ponce City Market and more.

The value for the location is unbeatable. The team at the Prato - everyone from the leasing office to the maintenance crew - are wonderful. It's tough to leave a place when the people are so great.

The grounds are really well kept, and there are 2 pools which makes for an excellent summer retreat.

Unlike other places I've visited, you won't get a frat-vibe at the Prato. Everyone is respectful and friendly, making it a pleasant place to live.

I highly recommend The Prato for anyone new to Atlanta, and to anyone that wants to be close to the Beltline and PCM without the high prices.

've been living here now for a little over 2 years and I love this place! When I first moved to Atlanta it was a really quick move and I didn't really have time to apartment search, The Prato was close to work, and they worked with me giving me advice on the phone, and sending me photos of my then studio.
I was so happy with their service I ended up moving in blind without ever seeing the studio. And let me tell you I LUCKED OUT! It was so big compared to the studios in New York, and cheap! I even had a balcony and the complex had amenities- I never had any of that back home.
A week into living in my new place I got a knock on the door, and got fresh baked cookies from a young couple called "The Cares Team" who put together events in the complex. I was sold.
Now I won't say that everything has been perfect, this summer my AC went out, but I put in a ticket and alerted maintenance and it was up and working again in less than an hour. Avery is always there whenever I have a question or need something fixed, and he genuinely cares about his residents.

This is my third year here at the Prato and it is a great place to live. Over the past three years they have continuously improved the property adding new amenities. Small scale maintenance is usually quick and the staff in general is always very willing to help and friendly. I have never had an issue that has not been resolved (which is more to say than other places I've lived). The complex is pet friendly which is nice and the location is great and in walking distance of a lot of midtown. They also do a great job with landscaping and even have a nice garden area where you can grow vegetables! Overall a great place to live.

Such a wonderful place to live, quite and friendly environment. The staff is the absolute best, the go out of their way to give you the best home to live in.

My wife and I moved to the Prato about 6 months ago and we love it here! The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. When we moved in, we had issues concerning our bathtub leaking. We filled out an online maintenance request and the maintenance came by the very next day. I appreciate their attention to detail. Management is very helpful as well. There have been a couple of times that packages have come and they sent me an email to let me know that it had arrived. The complex feels very homey and a lot of people know each other. They also offer 3 free fun events each month. This is always a great way to get to know your neighbors, which just doesn't normally happen in Atlanta.
