Worst company I've ever seen when it comes to thoroughness on resident complaints. Properties are like a circus show, do what you want. No rules ever enforced.Management is awful. Tennant's should be interviewed personally once a year by upper management. Memos on doors with ten words misspelled and five grammatical errors. I'd be embarrassed to own a company like this. They won't enforce any rules whatsoever. CHECK TO SEE IF HALLMARK OWNS THE PROPERTY BEFORE YOU MOVE IN!!!!!Hamblen County, TN and Cocke County TN are run INSANELY WRONG!!!!

Nice update, but dark, floors, dark cabinets, small windows...dark. No control over resident actions. Kids out of control. Sly dealings, show you one apt, no optional apts that may be available, or coming available, so let's mix old people with young families, and extended families, yea! Loud neighbors, sully maintenance man, although he works very, VERY hard. Mini workout room, and computers for use, but can't get to them unless mgt is there. Two full days, one half.
The branch of Hallmark that covers Northeast Florida is the most unprofessional management team I have ever lived under. They enter apartments without notice and allow non-employees to enter the office with mgmt's key after hours. They pick and choose which tenants to reprimand and issue non-compliances to. They post notices in common places that inspections will be a certain day then change it. They do not always leave notice of entry slips when entering an apartment. They will come back the next day and leave it. When Hallmark was contacted directly they transferred this issue right back to the property manager that the problems were about. Therefore nothing was ever resolved. Overall the property management seems to be a big liability waiting to happen.
