This is about my 4-5 time going to Aijine. I chose an upgrade service than my norm, she spoke highly of its attributes. I went to Swan on Tuesday, May 22nd to get Cashmere individual lashes that took 1 hour and 30 minutes to do. I was told by Aijine, they were the BEST quality. I can practically do ANYTHING in them besides: pull on them or remove them myself. They lasts up to 2 weeks, then get refills. I havent done ANYTHING in them besides sleep and didnt even sleep on them. The NEXT day, I noticed a section MISSING! I text her, she stated shell fix it when I get back in town. The NEXT morning, more lashes was falling out in a different section. I text her instantly, told her what happened and I want my money BACK. I gave her 2 day options and time slots, to remove them and give me my refund. She states she has OTHER appointments, that she will have to reconcile me AFTERWARDS. Which will FURTHER inconvenience me because I cant remove them myself and get my makeup done elsewhere for my event! She texts: Im sorry for your inconvenience... Yes, I read and feel the sincerity in that! She was very willing to right her wrong at MY convenience, BEFORE I asked for my money back!I do NOT recommend anyone investing in Aijine. Its a gamble, whether you like or dislike what you receive. My time before last, I got Eye Candy by her and it was very MEDIOCRE. She also placed some cheap fragile strip lashes on me. When I had seen the end result, I asked her why didnt I get my norm dramatic ones. She stated she was out of them. Instead of informing me that PRIOR to servicing me, giving me the option whether or not I still wanted to get them done!Update: 5/24/18 After Swangela the shops Owner commented on this review below, she called me hours later with NO RESOLUTION. She stated she call me back, once she spoke with Aijine again. She also stated, removing my lashes would only take 10 MINUTES. Swangela (who said she does lashes), Aijine nor any other tech wanted to fit me on for 10 minutes, to right Aijines WRONG...Neither called me back with a resolution, this day.9:28 am 5/25/18 morning (Friday), Aijine called me, from ignoring my texts from 8:32 am yesterday morning and I texted her 7pm, to let her know when I will be coming to get my money back. She stated over the phone this morning, she does NOT give refunds. I can get a credit at the shop. I told her, this was NOT stated prior to my services verbally nor written. She says, thats how SHE does business. Via text screenshot below, she DID NOT say she will not refund me back either! Even if she had, No refunds was NEVER disclosed prior to ANY of my services with her, written nor verbally. Following Aijines call, Swangela the Owner calls me to bully me to stop reviewing her company. She says, verbatim EXACTLY that. Stop reviewing her company on social media, then she BLOCKS me on social media, in attempt to prevent me from reviewing her business. Clearly, she doesnt know how block works on BUSINESS PAGES. She rants on her call and takes ZERO ownership for my experience with Aijine, does NOT offer my money back. She says, thats SOLELY up to Aijine. MANAGEMENT Swangela, says this...Every time she called, she literally was NOT presenting ANY resolution, just fueling the fire in bullying me to try and silence me. All she had to do, was give me my $120 back but shed rather try to scare me into dropping it.
