SavaSeniorCare, established in 2005 soon after North American Senior Care bought Mariner Health Care, operates about 170 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in some 14 states. The company is one of the largest providers of short-term and long-term health care services in the United States. Services are provided through skilled nursing facilities that offer services including: skilled nursing care, physical therapy (short-term and long-term), occupational therapy (short-term and long-term), speech therapy (short-term and long-term), wound care, hospice and respite care. The facilities provided include Bariatric services, dementia and intravenous therapy services, respiratory and rehabilitation services.
