The site was down the 1st time I went on it. Then customer service called me back....somehow, and ask me if they could help and applegized about the site and gave me a code for 25% off...WOW, now thats good business to me

Their reps are really helpful but I called at 12pm on a Sat. night and had to wait until MONDAY.I was helped immediately when Mon. came but I dont like to wait. But all in all my lingerie was too cute and OMG THEIR PRICES ARE great! Cheap but good quality lingerie..thank u Redd Monkey.My night was wonderful

I called 2 days ago and their customer service reps were awesome. This is a online lingerie store and they walked me through the whole process. I only wish they could be open later than 9-5
