Nannies and Kids United of Georgia is a child-care placement service Agency. What we do is place qualified full-time and part-time nannies, babysitters, date-night sitters and newborn care specialists, with families or individuals looking for childcare in their homes. We even service to providing housekeepers as well. We function primarily as a matching service, finding the right caregiver for your family's needs. We always tell parents that it's better to go through a licensed nanny agency than finding a caregiver on your own. An agency cannot only guide you but present you with qualified candidates that truly love the environment of caring for children. At the end of the day, our job is eliminating those worries that you may be feeling. To meet your unique needs, we offer Live-Out Nannies, Live-In Nannies, Full-Time Nannies, Part-Time Nannies, Temporary Nannies, Corporate Childcare, Hotel/Resort Childcare, Day at the Park Nannies, Babysitters, After-School Childcare, Newborn Childcare Specialists, Traveling Nannies, date night sitters, House Managers & Housekeepers. Our placement process for a nanny search starts with a family consultation in your home. This is standard in making sure that the home is a safe environment for the childcare professional to work in, and for us to know your family. During the home visit, we will ask you questions to have a mutual understanding on your wants and needs regarding your potential household employee. A $375 retainer fee will be due after your home visit to begin our search. We will pre-screen and present you with our top household employees that fit with your family’s needs. You will receive the applicant's full description, including: location, salary, education, family history, medical history, previous child care experience, as well as previous job experience information. Our agency will set up your interviews for you to do a one on one with the candidates that you have shown interest in. Once you hire a nanny through our agency, the one-time placement fee will be due. The non-refundable $375 retainer fee will then be subtracted from the placement fee once you have made a final decision on a candidate. After the offer has been made to who you have chosen, your childcare professional will undergo our extensive full background check which will be emailed to you for your records. Our agency will then provide sample contract forms between both parties to eliminate confusion on roles and responsibilities. We will also provide you with information on tax forms if needed.
