Background Molly tried her first jury trial one month after getting sworn in to practice law. Since then, she's tried hundreds of cases. After graduating law school, Molly went to work for a firm specializing in civil defense, with its focus on the defense of medical malpractice case. Though initially geared to follow in her father's footsteps with civil defense, Molly found herself drawn to the more human side of litigation - family law. There, Molly learned the ins and outs of domestic law from a senior partner and took on an active roll in all of the firms domestic cases. After just one year of practice, she'd written her first appellate brief to argue an erroneous decision made in a custody case.
