Using consumer based research and testing together with profit metrics, the company added categories consistent with brand positioning. For Exxon Mobil the agency worked to establish its petroleum and convenience store brand. MillerZell created a special KFC print and fulfillment team which included location specific invoicing, a segregated and KFC focused distribution system, fully integrated store specific databases and a special dedicated customer service department to respond to KFC field level inquiries.
